Wembdon CC is situated on the edge of Wembdon and the Town of Bridgwater.
A long established positively expanding club in both senior and youth formats of the game.
Wembdon has had it's share of success over the years with it's Under 13's winning a national competition and more recently in 2007 the club was awarded Somerset club of the year when all 3 senior sides were promoted from their repective divisions.
On Saturday afternoons Wembdon CC now consist of 4 senior sides the 1stXI play in West of England Premier League Somerset Division whilst the 2ndXI play in the 1st Division of the Somerset 2ndXI competition. Our Wyvern and Academy sides also play in there respective divisions in the Somerset League.
Wembdon CC also run a Sunday XI who won their division in 2008 of the Mid Wessex Cricket League.
Wembdon CC also compete in the nPower National Village Cup and the Somerset Major and Minor Cups.
The Junior Section runs teams at Under 11, Under 13 and Under 15 levels in the Taunton & District Youth League.
Training nights for U11s are on Mondays, for U13s on Tuesday's U15 train on Thursdays with 3rd/4th XI whilst 1st/2ndXI Train on Fridays.
